Purpose of collecting personal data

The purpose of collecting data on the site is to constitute a management file of FIVE AUCTION's prospective and current customers. This file is used for statistical purposes, to contact and/or offer relevant content to contacts.
By submitting the form and ticking the form's consent tickbox, the user expressly agrees that their personal data may be processed for marketing purposes.

The purpose of collecting personal data through the Google Analytics audience tracking tool used on the site and the landing pages is to analyse the behaviour of the users on the site and landing page in order to measure the audience and improve performance

Google Analytics uses third-party cookies to distinguish between users. Cookies are text files installed on the terminals of web users. They do not contain any personally identifiable information, only randomly created identifiers.
By browsing the site, the web user expressly agrees that the personal data collected by Google Analytics may be processed for the purpose of analysing the behaviour of web users in order to improve the performance of the site and landing pages.

Data retention period

The data collected using the forms on the website for identified contacts are kept for a maximum period of 36 months. At the end of these periods without activity on the website, all the data relating to the person is deleted.

Confidentiality of the data

Your personal data collected by the website is only intended to be used by Five Auction and will only be used within the context of the week expressly set out via the form.
Under no circumstances will the personal data entered and sent on the forms be transmitted, rented or marketed to third parties.
The employees of Five Auction have signed a non-disclosure agreement that requires them to respect the confidentiality of the data or face penalties.

Data storage location

The hosting servers of the site are exclusively located in France or Belgium, within the European Union. Five Auction agrees not to transfer any personal data to a non-member state of the European Community.

Personal data security

The site is hosted on OVH secure servers.
Only those people linked to the technical, marketing and sales department of Five Auction and its subcontractors have access to the information collected on the site via a unique personalised access.
